I had a recent experience with 800Sayara in Dubai which I felt should be shared. My Mercedes-Benz car was experiencing an AC issue and with the heat of Dubai, it was getting bad rather quickly. It cooled just fine when I started the car, but after 20 or 30 minutes the cooling performance was reduced.
I knew that I had to take it to get checked before it worsened. While looking for a good car workshop in Dubai, I stumbled upon 800Sayara. What interested me was that it offered a car pickup service so I wouldn’t have to spend extra time picking up my car from the shop.

The AC wasn’t completely broken. At the same time it was more frustrating as the system was functioning as per normal. After some time driving, however, it was apparent that the cooling was noticeably reduced.
I immediately thought the refrigerant level would be low. But I didn’t want to take a stab in the dark and pay to get it fixed only to find it didn’t do the trick. I told him what was going on when I called 800Sayara and set up for the check of the Mercedes-Benz.

One of my favorite things was the pickup service. I didn’t have to bring the Mercedes-Benz to the workshop, park it, and then figure out how to get home.
I gave my car information, described the air conditioning problem and set up the pick up. The mechanic picked up the car and I could go on with my day and let the mechanic investigate the issue.
During my Mercedes-Benz vehicle check, I learned that 800Sayara has operated since 2020 and currently offers 50 car brands and 65 different services. I was astonished with the range as I had only considered them to be for roadside and repair work.
I also discovered that they have about 50 competent mechanics and they’re working around the clock. That’s a good thing if someone needs assistance outside of the usual workshop hours.
To Solve the Problem, What the Mechanic Did
The mechanic examined the vehicle and told the owner that the problem lay with the cooling operation of the AC system. Instead of saying ‘must replace at great cost’, the mechanic investigated the symptoms, which I had described, and looked at the system.
I liked this way because I’m not that well versed in car mechanics. Explaining the issue simply helped me to understand what needed to be addressed and why.
After determining the cause, the mechanic repaired the defective part and inspected related parts. I was told in advance about the repair so that it was more transparent.
Recovering My Mercedes-Benz?
The AC system was then re-tested following the repair. This mattered because the problem didn’t happen immediately when starting the vehicle.
The cooling was obviously improved, even after the Mercedes-Benz had been in operation for a while. I wanted that outcome and I got it.
The other thing that made me feel a bit more comfortable that I’d go ahead was the 30% savings on repairs. I managed to get the discount for my repair, which did reduce the end price.
The workshop also offers a repair warranty, giving me a bit more confidence with the service.
Would I Recommend 800Sayara?
If I had to somehow try out a service where I had to get my car repaired in Dubai then I would certainly choose 800Sayara. The pickup process was smooth, the mechanic was able to clearly explain the issue, and the repair process was straightforward from start to finish. The 30% saving was a welcome bonus, and pickup and delivery made life easier for me.
I also discovered that the workshop provides other services such as battery replacement, brake repairs, routine maintenance, roadside assistance and vehicle recovery. It also has RTA passing help and car insurance renewal help.
That’s what makes a workshop worth recommending; good communication, convenient service, and no unnecessary hassles to get you back on the road.
